| We will e-mail you when an item is purchased at Asia Go Shopping and also when the payment through AsianPay.biz has been processed. |

| Using Asia Go Shopping you will be able to accept payments via:Visa, MasterCard and American Express. |

| How can I apply? |
Just fill in the form online, you will receive from Asia Go Shopping an e-mail with further instruction.
The second step is send to us copy of the required documentation plus the service agreement (duly signed) to our mail address.
You may also visit our office and apply in person.
For security reasons we can not accept copies by fax. All the document must be dated and signed in every page. |

| How can I set the Payment Options |
| Login into your account then click ''Payment Options'' on the left menu bar, you will be able to activate Visa, MasterCard and American Express as payment options. |

| How long does it take to activate my account with you? |
| After we received the requested documents from you we activate the account within 24h. |

| When do you return the money? |
| Asia Go Shopping will summarize all payments of the Shops products and/or services as approved in each month and remit the payments after deducting the service charge into the Shops bank account on the 10th day of the succeeding month.

| Which are the fees involved in the transactions? |
| A service charge for each transaction at the rate of 4% of the total amount of payments for products and/or services that uses VISA and MasterCard credit cards, including delivery fee (if any).4.75% will be charged for AMEX. |

| Which products/services are not allowed? |
Your products/services shall not:
- Be fraudulent in nature;
- Involve the sale of counterfeit or stolen items;
- Be misleading, false, or inaccurate;
- Infringe on any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other property rights or rights of publicity or privacy;
- Contain child pornography;
- Contain any 'adult' or 'sexually oriented' materials or services including escort services;
- Be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening or unlawfully harassing;
- Contain drugs or whatever sorts: legal or not legal substances;
- Involve any form of multi-level marketing programs;
- Violate any law, statute, ordinance, contract or regulation, including, but not limited to, those governing financial services, consumer protection, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, or false advertising.
- Contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs cancel bots, easter eggs or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or other personal information.
- Be related in any way to gambling and/or gaming activities.
The following products are therefore not allowed:

After your have registered an account with us the system will send automatically a 'Verification email' to your registered email address. In the email you will find a 'Validation link'.
The 'Validation link' must be clicked in order to validate the email address.
In case you have not received this email you need to contact us asking to resend the email.
We suggest to:
- Use a reliable email server
- If you use YAHOO or HOTMAIL or other 'free' email servers please check carefully the Junk or 'Bulk' email folder
- Deactivate any spam filter that you have eventually installed on your e-mail server, especially SPAM ASSASSIN |

| Can I change the language? |
Of course, login into your account then click''Language Options'' on the left menu bar.
From there you will be able to choose between Thai language or English. Soon more languages will be available. |

| How can I set the Shipping Options |
Login into your account then click ''Shipping options'' on the left menu bar, you will be able to choose among UPS, FEDEX, EMS, SAL, DHL, TNT, Registered Mail.
If you choose to ship by Domestic or International Express Couriers, the links to insert/update shipping prices by weight and Countries are available just below the main settings form.
If you choose International Couriers you will have to update also the Shipping Zones by Country table always from the link displayed below th main settings table.
Domestic and International settings should be updated separately to avoid mistakes. |

| Which countries can use the service? |
We strive to be really a worldwide service; unfortunately we are not allowed to accept transactions from/ to the following countries:
- Afghanistan
- Cambodia
- Cuba
- Iran
- Iraq
- Myanmar
- North Korea
- Sudan
- Syria
- Russia including all the Countries previously recognized as U.S.S.R with the exception of Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania
- Most countries on the continent of Africa. Please contact us to ask if the African country you reside in is on our prohibited list.

| How can I customize my shop online? |
Beside the main template you can choose several options will allow you to manage your shop on Asia Go Shopping like a real shopping cart.
On the main menu on the left there are available all the options for: insert the Keywords, your logo and the main picture.
There is also possibility to write your own shop's pages such as ''About Us'', ''News'', ''Articles'', ''F.A.Q.''.
A fully featured ''WebBoard'' can be also activated.

| How can I set an auction? |
Login into your account then click the link ''My Auctions'' on the left menu bar, you will be redirected to the Auction section of the website, from there you will be able to completely manage your auctions.
A specific Help Section related to the auctions is also available. |
