Pricing
We offer you consistently low prices on every item in our store. All prices are listed in Thai Baht or, in case of third party businesses in their own chosen default currency. We do provide a currency conversion in our store, but posted exchange rates are only for convenience of our users. We do not make a market for exchange. Orders placed on AsiaGoShopping.biz will be charged in Thai Baht or in case of third party businesses in their own chosen default currency. If you live outside Thailand, this charge is converted by your bank into your local currency and should appear on your credit card statement in that currency.

Pre-Order Price Guarantee
AsiaGoShopping.biz's price for not-yet-released items sometimes changes between the time the item is listed for sale and the time it is released and shipped. Whenever you pre-order a book, CD, video, DVD, video game, or software item, the price we charge when we ship it to you will be the lowest price offered by AsiaGoShopping.biz between the time you place your order and the release date. The order summary in Your Account will reflect the lowest price within 24 hours of the price change.
Please note that our Pre-Order Price Guarantee applies only to items sold by AsiaGoShopping.biz, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our site.
If your order enters the shipping process before the release date and the price is lowered on the release date, we will automatically refund your credit card for the difference between the price you were charged and the release-date price. If you did not use a credit card to pay for your order, please contact customer service through the Contact Us link.

Post-Order Price Guarantee
AsiaGoShopping.biz's prices for released items will change from time to time based on a variety of factors. If AsiaGoShopping.biz's price for an already-released item decreases within 30 days after we ship the item to you, we'll be glad to refund the difference in price if you contact us. Please click one of the buttons on the right, and be sure to have your order number handy so we can assist you.
This Post-Order Price Guarantee is subject to the following restrictions:

• Applies only to products that have already been released. Products that have not yet been released but that are available for pre-order from AsiaGoShopping.biz are not covered by this guarantee, but do benefit from our Pre-Order Price Protection program (see section above).
• Applies only to items sold by AsiaGoShopping.biz, and not to items (or prices) offered by other sellers on our site.
• Item prices that are affected by a promotion such as "Buy one, get one free" are not eligible.
• The price of an item after rebate is not considered to be the AsiaGoShopping.biz price.

Price Matching
AsiaGoShopping.biz does not price-match with other retailers (including those who sell their items on our Web site). We do, however, consistently work toward maintaining competitive prices on everything we carry.

List Prices
Except where noted otherwise, the List Price displayed for products on our website represents the full retail price listed on the product itself, suggested by the manufacturer or supplier, or estimated in accordance with standard industry practice. The List Price is a comparative price estimate and may or may not represent the prevailing price in every area on any particular day. For certain items that are offered as a set, the List Price may represent “open-stock” prices, which mean the aggregate of the manufacturers estimated or suggested retail price for each of the items included in the set. Where an item is offered for sale by one of our merchants, the List Price may be provided by the merchant.

Bulk Discounts
We do not offer additional discounts on large orders of a single title or on large orders of many individual titles.
Also, please note that the availability listings on our Web site are intended for single-copy orders. Orders for many copies of the same item may take longer to assemble. When you fill out our order form, you will see an estimated date of shipment displayed on the final page, just before you submit your order. Once your order has been placed, you will be able to see an estimated delivery date in Your Account.

Surcharges and Sourcing Fees
Oversized and extremely heavy items are marked on their product detail pages as requiring a special shipping surcharge. The surcharge varies depending on the size and weight of the item. Additionally, some books will incur a sourcing fee of $1.99 per item. These surcharges reflect the handling costs for stocking, assembling, and packaging each order. Both of these charges will be included in the Shipping & Handling subtotal of your order.

Confirming Prices
Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. Placing an item in your cart does not reserve the price shown at that time. It is also possible that an item's price may decrease between the time you place it in your cart and the time you purchase it.
Some discounts are limited-time offers. Also, as the discount we are able to offer for any item is dependent upon its availability, AsiaGoShopping.biz's price will necessarily change on occasion.
With respect to items sold by AsiaGoShopping.biz, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order; however, we do NOT charge your credit card until after your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before shipping or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Please note that this policy applies only to products sold and shipped by AsiaGoShopping.biz. Your purchases from third-party sellers using AsiaGoShopping.biz Payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
